OPEN POSITION: Full Time Marketing Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager from Gold Coast or Brisbane to join our team.

Our team needs a POSITIVE and LIVELY Marketing Manager. Our company is in the industry of Personal Development, Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, and Energy Centres.

You will be the leader in the role and work with the Project Manager. We run live and online events and have 10k on our Instagram and thousands on our FB pages and groups with 20k on our mailing list. 

Marketing Manager duties and responsibilities
– Implement and manage social media and overall Marketing strategies
– Achieve important social media and broad Marketing KPIs
– Manage and oversee social media and Marketing content
– Measure the success of social media and Marketing campaigns
– Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
– Use social media marketing tools for efficiency and consistency
– Write social media and Marketing content
– Adhere to rules and regulations
– Strategy Creation and implementation
– Oversee and elevate the areas of the business listed below

You will be in charge of
– Funnels – Active Campaign
– External marketing including automations (emails) webinars/evergreens
– Paid traffic + Advertising
– Internal database management/nurture – and email marketing (newsletters and scheduling these) – – SMS (Active Campaign is our CRM)
– Social media management (ad responsiveness) liaise Aspire
– Management of social media intern
– Website direction to give to our team to impliment
– Quality control (sweeps twice a week/checks and balances)
– Ambassadors/JVs/affiliates – management of reach out, communicaiton, and relationship
– Reporting to Project Manager and CEO

Marketing Manager requirements and qualifications
– 2 years of experience with multiple social media platforms (ideally managing pages and channels)
– Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media brands and best practices
– Good understanding of social media KPIs
– Great leadership skills
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
– Desire to be part of a team
– Good time-management skills
– Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
– A desire to work hard and achieve greatness
