This is a really quick and easy snack that can be used as a topper for cereal or oats or just eaten on its own.
Ingredients:
● ½ cup of Shredded Coconut
● 2 Granny Smith apples
● 5 Medjool Dates
● ¾ cup of Raw Almonds
● ¼ Lemon
Method:
1. Cut apples in quarters, removing the cores.
2. remove the seeds from dates.
3. Place apple, dates, almonds and coconut into the food processor and squeeze lemon over ingredients.
4. Pulse for 5 seconds or until ingredients are roughly chopped.
5. Serve by itself or on top of oat for some extra flavour and nutrients. Store in airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
