For Students asking after the 72hrs cooling off:

But per the terms and conditions that you sign up for, we don’t offer a refund after the 72 hrs cooling-off period. We offer the cooling-off period in which you can receive the refund. This is in the terms and conditions you receive with the invoice at the time of purchase. You are welcome to use the tickets at a later date or gift to a friend.  Here are the terms & conditions.
