Can you give me the timetable for this event?
For sure! We truly value your time and so we always make it a point to start on the dot. The room opens at 1pm for the VIP session and at 2pm for the regular ticket holders. We usually end anytime between 7:00pm and 7:30pm.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, you can reschedule your Quantum Experience event. Please click here to choose the date that you can be available so I can move your ticket. Or let me know if you want us to hold your ticket until the next 12 months.
I want to cancel/I can’t attend my ticket, can I get a refund?
The cost you pay for this event is donated to a variety of charities therefore non refundable but valid for 12 months from date of purchase. See Terms and Conditions HERE
Can you give me the recording for QX?
As much as we’d love to send you a copy, we highly recommend for you to experience this first hand which is why recordings of the event are not being distributed. May I invite you to the next one?

How do I change my direct debit details?

What happens if I can’t pay on time?
If we are unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date, we will try again. If that payment attempt also fails the missed payment will be added to the amount of the next scheduled payment.
