And the second set of whatever we do is we get straight into the postures right away so that we can have the benefits of it. The key to it, as always with yoga, is to bring back the connection, the union of body, mind, and spirit, which is what yoga means and our opportunity to not just breathe together but also move together, so we move together in the postures and we breathe together as well.”
