Welcome to a journey to the soul, an incredibly potent meditation practise people use across the world for anchoring in the eighth chakra energy centres and every cell organ and tissue in our bodies with the vibration of unconditional love. Sit erect with your hands resting on your thighs and your palms facing upwards. We will begin with observation. Breathe slowly and be totally present with every inhalation and exhalation. For every breath you take, touch the thumb to the tip of one finger, so for the first breath, touch the thumb and the index finger of both your hands. For the second breath, use your thumb and middle finger, and so on. In this manner, you will keep cycling your breath using your fingers for each of the eight energy centres. If, during a particular breath, your mind wanders, simply keep touching your fingers and bring your attention and intention back to your breath.
