Dr Espen Wold-Jensen is an author, advisor, speaker, and pioneer in the science of consciousness.

From being told he might never walk again to becoming a world leader in the field of transformation, Dr Espen is living proof that the impossible is possible.

After surviving two shattered legs and a life-threatening hospital infection, he embarked on a profound journey of self-healing and inner mastery. What began as a deeply personal search for answers evolved into a lifelong exploration of human potential, consciousness, neuroscience, quantum physics, and the extraordinary capacity we each have to transform our lives.

In recognition of his contributions to human transformation and the advancement of consciousness science, Dr Espen was awarded a knighthood in July 2026—an honour he carries with humility and purpose as Sir Espen Wold-Jensen.

At the heart of his work is a simple but powerful question: What becomes possible when we understand that we have far greater influence over our internal state, health, energy, and lives than we have been taught to believe?

Through his signature framework, the Quantum Method, delivered globally through The Quantum Academy’s seminars, retreats, and educational programs, he brings together the science of consciousness, neuroscience, breathwork, ancient wisdom, and cutting-edge personal development.

His approach is designed to help people understand and transform the patterns that shape their lives—physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, financially, professionally, spiritually, and socially.

Rather than focusing solely on information or motivation, his work is experiential, helping individuals create meaningful shifts in their nervous system, beliefs, behaviours, energy, and perception.

Dr Espen’s work has reached people around the world, from seekers and entrepreneurs to executives, leaders, visionaries, and individuals navigating profound personal transformation.

His teachings are also featured in the Gaia TV *Quantum Breathwork* series, where he explores conscious breathing as a gateway to nervous system regulation, expanded awareness, healing, and human transformation.

Across his live experiences and online programs, Dr Espen’s work has impacted more than 3.5 million lives worldwide, guiding people to awaken their highest potential, reclaim their energy, reconnect with themselves, and transform pain into power and purpose.

His broader mission is to contribute to an evolution in how humanity understands health, consciousness, healing, and human potential—moving beyond the idea that we are simply passive participants in our circumstances and toward an understanding of the extraordinary intelligence and possibilities that exist within each individual.

Mission: Remember Who You Truly Are

“My mission is to awaken, empower, and elevate leaders by helping them remember who they truly are.

Through wisdom, science, spirituality, healing, leadership, and direct experience, I serve as a bridge between worlds—translating the profound into the practical, and the unseen into the understood.

I am here to help individuals reclaim their health, sovereignty, purpose, and connection to the Divine so they may live fully expressed lives in service of something greater than themselves.

I do not seek to save the world.

I seek to illuminate a path by which others may awaken their own inner Light.

I am committed to living as an example of courage, integrity, growth, and conscious leadership while raising my son, serving my community, and contributing to a future where humanity evolves beyond fear, separation, and limitation.

My life is devoted to freedom through God, mastery through experience, and service through philanthropy and transformation.

My purpose is to help powerful humans become Quantum Humans.

My legacy is to leave the world more awakened, more loving, and more free than I found it.”

Vision

At its fullest expression, this work is about raising human consciousness — in each person and collectively — toward greater healing, freedom, and connection. We believe that when enough individuals come into alignment, the effect compounds outward: to families, to communities, and to the world we share.
